So, straight away we get to know the problem, understand it, make it our own. Then we break it down into smaller pieces, get right to its core, roll it around a bit, chew it over.

Then the real work begins. Brainstorming, notepads, iPads, Post-its, head-scratching, tea, more tea, to-and-fro and agreeing to differ until that light bulb moment: the moment we know we’ve got the right answer to that problem we began with.

Then all that’s left for you to do is pop your crown on and reign Supreme over the competition. Simple really!
