This year’s Supreme Christmas card is all about letterpress printing, a technique dating back to the 16th century.

We’ve been looking for an excuse to use this printing process throughout 2012 and our own Christmas card seemed the perfect opportunity! The technique involves pressing ink into the surface of the paper, giving a crisp and tactile finish that you just can’t achieve with modern lithographic or digital printing methods. You could say it makes a great impression!

Wishing you a Supreme Christmas - letterpress printing

Combine this technique with the finest quality paper stock and ornate Victorian typography and we think the result is a beautifully seasonal greetings card. We hope you liked it if you received one. If you didn’t receive one this year, get in touch and we’ll make sure you’re on the list next year. And remember to keep this technique in mind for any future printing projects you may have!
